The framework of our partnership.

By engaging with Hamuna, you enter into a partnership defined by transparency, intellectual rigor, and mutual growth.

I. Intellectual Property (IP)

• The Blueprint: Any strategic roadmaps provided during audits remain the property of Hamuna until engagement.

• The Architecture: Upon final settlement of project fees, all custom-tuned weights, proprietary connectors, and neural workflows become the exclusive IP of the client.

II. Professional Engagement

• Execution: Hamuna operates on a "high-velocity, high-precision" model. Timelines are estimates based on technical complexity.

• Retainers: Our Core Intelligence model requires a 30-day notice for offboarding to ensure a stable transition of neural assets.

III. Liability Boundaries

While our systems are designed with institutional-grade guardrails (Human-in-the-loop), Hamuna is not liable for autonomous decisions made outside of our defined "Neural Rails" or for legacy hardware failures.

IV. Governing Protocol

These terms are governed by the digital commerce laws of the jurisdiction in which our boutique agency is registered.
